EVENT REGULATIONS
Polski Offroad is the organizer of rallies and expeditions for off-road enthusiasts. These events are integrative and touristic in nature. Sometimes, fun competitions are held during them.
Detailed offers for these events, along with registration forms, are published on the website www.polskioffroad.com. The easiest way to access them is through the calendar.
General rules apply:
- Participation is at the participants’ own risk.
- Participants drive their own vehicles or those they have arranged themselves. They are responsible for their technical condition and for having the appropriate insurance and documents authorizing their operation, as well as crossing borders.
- The routes taken during the events largely run through areas where the level of difficulty and danger far exceeds the standards encountered by regular road users, and even experienced and prepared off-road crews, especially in bad weather.
- Information provided by the organizer should be treated only as an aid in reaching the goals. Caution, independent assessment of the situation, and appropriate route modification if necessary, even if it involves significantly increasing its length, are required.
- Although the organizer makes efforts, it is not able to provide all information about the route, current conditions, or warnings about dangers. It warns that some provided information may be outdated.
- Crews should be prepared for physical effort when overcoming obstacles, teamwork, finding detours, etc.
- The organizer does not provide medical care or vehicle service, only friendly assistance in using local resources (help in organizing transport of people and towing vehicles to “civilization”). It relies on mutual, friendly help from all participants.
- Full responsibility for travel safety, accidents, and damages rests with the driver, who, in addition to considering the current terrain situation, is obliged to comply with local traffic regulations and signs.
Detailed rules applicable to individual events are provided on the event offer pages on the website www.polskioffroad.com, in materials issued to participants, and verbally during “briefings” at the events.
Registrations and Payments:
Registrations for events organized by Polski Offroad are conducted exclusively online, using registration forms available on the pages of individual events.
- In the registration forms, applicants provide the data necessary for the organizer to prepare the event and make reservations for accommodation or meals.
- Submitting data from the forms is only possible after the applicant accepts the “privacy policy” and “event regulations” provided on this page, which is done by checking this option in the forms.
After sending the registration form, a “deposit” payment must be made.
- Its amount is determined separately for each event and provided on the event offer pages.
- It is made via traditional bank transfer or quick payment.
- The details for these are provided on the event offer pages and sent automatically to the email address provided by the applicant in the registration form.
The participant has the right to withdraw from the contract until the deposit is paid.
Immediately after the deposits are credited, the registered crews are added to the “participant lists” published on the event offer pages.
- Deposits are treated as reservation fees for accommodation and meals and are transferred to the entities providing them.
- In the case of events without provided accommodation or meals, deposits are considered when the participant pays the full fee for participation in the event.
Deposits are refunded to participants in cases of:
- Event cancellation due to the organizer’s fault.
- Registration of fewer crews than required, as specified in the event offer.
The full participation fee must be paid no later than the day the event starts.
Deposits are not refunded in cases of:
- Participant withdrawal from the event.
- “Force majeure,” understood as natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, epidemics, strikes, border blockades, changes in regulations, etc.
In such cases, Polski Offroad commits to organizing the event at a date agreed upon with the participants after the cessation of the force majeure.
A complaint can be submitted using the email address: info@polishoffroad.com. This complaint will be processed within 14 days.
If you do not accept the above regulations, please do not register for our events.
